The above list evolved from an open meeting held in 2001. Work has begun in making these priorities a fact:

‘Celebrating What We Share’ – This has become our statement. It is included on all paperwork and publicity.

Sharing Worship – We try to get together as much as possible to worship as one; sharing our commonality, as well as celebrating our differences.

A Prayer Booklet - A Prayer Booklet – a booklet containing 'Prayers of Comfort'. A gift from us to Bishop Auckland General Hospital is available to pick up from the hospitals Prayer Room. The prayers within the booklet are for 'Comfort' to help those who are ill, those who need help during the illness of a family member or friend and also to ease the pain of those left behind when someone dies. Each member Church donated a prayer, and the booklet also contains a number of poems.

Fundraising – We are a ‘not for profit’ organisation and any donations we receive during services, meetings or gatherings, either help towards the work of the Fellowship, or is donated to 'good causes' home or abroad

Website – Publicising our Churches, service times etc. to visitors to our town. Helping with communication between Churches, linking our resources and providing information to Christians and non-Christians.
